What if I’m having problems opening the files in a bundle I’ve downloaded?
If you’re having trouble opening a bundle you purchased, you may need to install an app to unzip Zip Files to unzip and gain access onto the files within the Zip.
If after doing so, the products are still unreadable or inaccessible, please contact the seller for support or instructions to access your e-book(s).
