What is Booksies policy?

We take matters of intellectual property infringement very seriously. It’s important to us that all of users follow our rules and respect the intellectual property rights of others.

As a seller on booksies.net, everything you post on booksies.net should fall into one of the following:

• An original e-book that contains only content that you’ve created yourself (texts, imagery, illustrations, video, and everything else).
• An original e-book and bundle that contains content you didn’t create but that you have the right to use (for example through a license for commercial and reseller use, explicit authorization from the creator, public domain content, or because of a fair use exception).

If we receive notice that a booksies has violated this rule by posting an e-book that infringes on someone else’s intellectual property rights, we remove that e-book from our site and that booksies risks having their booksies.net account closed.
