What do I do if a Buyer is not happy?
If your Buyer is having technical difficulties with one of your e-books, please let the Buyer know he or she can contact booksies.net’s team for help. We’re always happy to provide technical troubleshooting.
If the Buyer is dissatisfied with the e-books and you’d like to offer a refund on their behalf, please get in touch with the Booksies team at shine@booksies or via Contact Page.
