How do I refund a Buyer?
If you’d like to refund one of your Buyers for a purchase they made in the last 30 days, our team can help issue the refund on your behalf. To submit a request to our team, just send us a request via Contact Page.
Please note, we cannot issue refunds for purchases made more than 30 days ago. If the Buyer is having technical issues, feel free to have them reach out for assistance. If they need additional support, they may contact Booksies support via firstname.lastname@example.org or via using the form on Contact Page.
