Can I contact my Buyers outside of Booksies?

Protecting our members’ privacy is serious business. That’s why we don’t give out your personal information (email, phone number, address) to Buyers who purchase your e-books. We expect all booksies members and users to do the same.

If you want to contact a Buyer to address an issue with an e-book or to offer a refund, contact us — our  team can reach out on your behalf.
